Imagine an open mind...

You can do this...

         ...by learning Mindfulness

...a mind that is calm, sensitive to others, non-judgmental. A mind that can weather bad days, traffic jams, family dinners and still find peace in daily life with confidence and ease.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the ability to watch your thoughts and feelings consciously. It’s having the clarity to separate yourself from your emotions and feelings and being able to observe them in a compassionate, non-judgmental way before you act.

Practicing mindfulness won't save you from experiencing sadness, stress or pain, but it will help you to handle these experiences better and it will help you to make choices in how you respond to your experiences, rather than being driven by habitual reactions. With a greater capacity to simply ‘be’ with life as it is, we can face inevitable difficulties with a sense of perspective, balance and stability.

Let’s be open to change

and create a new path together.

What can Mindfulness do for you?

Numerous Scientific research studies have shown that the regular practice of Mindfulness meditation can have extensive benefits for your mind, body and quality of life, and as a result it is fast becoming part of mainstream medicine.

Some of these benefits include:

 - Dissolving problems related to stress and anxiety.

 - New found insights and clarity of mind.

 - Often dramatic reduction in chronic pain.

 - Improved memory & concentration.

 - Increased happiness.

 - Experience a sense of curiosity, openness and acceptance.
