Join me for an introduction to the simple yet powerful world of mindfulness at Rehab Works in Brighouse. This 90-minute mindfulness taster session will give you an insight into how you can free your mind from stress, worry and pain and find some tranquility in an often chaotic world.
What you will gain
During the session, you will get to try out some guided meditations, experiential activities and group discussions.

By the end of the session, you will have learned some basic mindfulness tools and techniques that can allow you to feel good on the inside and able to deal with the challenges on the outside. You will come away with some simple practices to help you incorporate mindfulness into your daily life, as well as some suggestions for the next steps to take on your journey with mindfulness.

Who is it suitable for?

Anyone experiencing stress associated with work, relationships, loss and other factors outside their control, including dealing with the general complexity and pace of modern life. Anyone experiencing or caring for someone with a long- term health condition, illness or chronic pain. As well as those with a general interest in mindfulness are also very welcome.
